How to claim your Cashback

1. Buy the Fairphone (Gen. 6) during the promotion period at one of the participating resellers.

2. Complete the registration form below with all required information before July 15, 2026.

3. Make sure you First name and Last name match with the details known at the bank.

4. Upload a scan or photo of your invoice or receipt. Make sure the purchased device, IMEI number, retailer and purchase date are clearly visible.

5. Upload a photo of the outer packaging of your purchased phone, make sure the IMEI number is clearly visible and matches with the IMEI number in the registration form.

6. Within 2 working days the registration will be checked, and you will receive a response via email.

7. If approved, the cashback will be paid out within 60 days after registration.
