How to claim your Protective Bundle

1. Buy a new Fairphone 5 during the promotion period at one of the participating resellers.

2. Complete the registration form below with all required information at the latest on April 27th, 2025.

3. Upload a scan or photo of your invoice or receipt. Make sure the purchased device, IMEI number, retailer and purchase date are clearly visible.

4. Upload a photo of the outer packaging of your purchased phone, make sure the IMEI number is clearly visible and matches with the IMEI number in the registration form.

5. Within 2 working days the registration will be checked, and you will receive a response via email.

6. If approved, the Protective Bundle is sent to you within 14-30 days after registration.
